Whether you’re joining our Supported Living Community or receiving Individual Support Services, our hope is to lighten the load for our community members and their families.
- Supported Living Community: $5,800 per month. This includes in-home support services, utilities, and food. Rent is an additional payment that is paid to the rental company and is approximately $800 per month. Fees are subject to change. Private Pay Only.
- Individual Support Services: $75/hour – Services provided by Care Coordinator. Travel time is billed at the same rate as services, and mileage is charged at the IRS standard mileage rates.
