Continuous improvement is at the heart of how we approach everything within Help in the Home. This spirit of improvement is not only imperative for providing better quality of care to our clients but also how we grow and evolve as a team. With this commitment to future growth in mind, HITH made the conscious decision to invest in the growth and retention of our employees. We added a learning community for our leadership team, wellness leave for all full-time staff, and included more holidays for all staff. Additionally, we implemented a bi-annual review process to provide accountability and support our standard of excellence.
Much like with any level of improvement, though, it can feel wildly challenging and uncomfortable at moments. Our daily gratitude practice is what allows us to find joy in the challenges that come with change. Today we are taking the time to celebrate our success! We also want to showcase someone in particular who embodies this value within the workplace is our Individual Support Services Program Manager, Morgan McCulley. You can get to know more about Morgan, in this month’s Team Member Spotlight blog. You can read more about our success in the May Newsletter.
